NFL's Ravens Can Use Logo But Must Pay Royalties: Judge

Law360, New York (November 10, 2011, 11:31 AM EST) -- A Maryland federal judge on Wednesday opted not to block the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens from using an infringing version of the team’s former “Flying B” logo, provided the team hammers out a royalty agreement with the symbol’s designer.
