Family Asks 2nd Circ. To Revive Coke Stolen Land Case

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 7:56 PM EST) -- A Jewish Egyptian family whose property was nationalized then later sold to Coca-Cola Co. on Thursday pressed the Second Circuit to reopen a lawsuit against the beverage seller, arguing Coke knew it was profiting from religious persecution.
