Judge OKs $90M Deal In MF Global Investor Class Action

Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 7:14 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Friday signed off on a $90 million cash settlement that a unit of MF Global Holdings Ltd. had reached in an investor class action over its 2007 initial public offering long before the company filed for bankruptcy Oct. 31.
