Lee Publications Tries To Scrub Paper Carrier Class

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 2:19 PM EST) -- Lee Publications Inc. on Monday sought to decertify a class of newspaper carriers for the San Diego-area North County Times who were allegedly misclassified as independent contractors, arguing that the U.S. Supreme Court's Dukes decision undermined the rationale behind the court's certification order.
