Willkie Farr Kicked From Extended Stay Loan Case

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 3:29 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Tuesday disqualified Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from representing Bank of America Corp. in a suit accusing the financial giant of conspiring with bankrupt Extended Stay Hotels Inc. to cut junior lenders out of cash flowing from $7.4 billion in loans.
