NYC Apartment Complex Fights Rent Rate Class Bid

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 6:32 PM EST) -- An attorney for Manhattan's thousand-unit London Terrace Gardens apartment complex told a New York state judge Monday that a proposed class of tenants suing over the conversion of their rent-regulated apartments to market rate were too dissimilar.
