Stagehand Accuses Dick Clark Co. Of Dawdling On Pay

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 2:31 PM EST) -- Dick Clark Productions Inc. on Monday was hit with a putative class action by a former stagehand for the production company who says his temporary employer violated California labor law by failing to pay him promptly for his work on an awards show.
