Workers Aim To Fry Steak N Shake In Wage Action

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 5:17 PM EST) -- Burger restaurant chain owner Steak N Shake Operations Inc. was hit with a putative class action Tuesday in Georgia federal court by two employees who say the company failed to pay minimum wage and overtime to hourly employees.

Plaintiffs Justin Beecher and Priscilla Cain are current Steak N Shake employees who have worked as servers and service trainers, among other things, according to the complaint.
