Mass. AG Sues JPMorgan, BofA, Others Over Foreclosures

Law360, New York (December 1, 2011, 2:43 PM EST) -- Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley on Thursday sued the country's largest banks, including JPMorgan Chase Bank NA and Bank of America NA, over allegedly deceptive mortgage servicing and foreclosure practices like robo-signing, saying they dragged their feet for too long in nationwide negotiations.
