FedEx Drivers Fight For Class Certification

Law360 (July 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of drivers who sued FedEx Ground Package System Inc. over their classification as independent contractors bolstered their bid for class certification on Monday, offering up a slew of statements in rebuttal to FedEx declarations.
