Morrison & Foerster Hires IP Litigator From Sheppard Mullin

Law360 (January 24, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- Morrison & Foerster LLP has hired Kathyleen O’Brien, an experienced litigator who spent 18 years with Sheppard Mullin’s intellectual property department.

O’Brien, who joins the firm as a partner, is a highly regarded litigator with extensive experience counseling clients and handling complex litigation matters in the areas of antitrust, trademark, advertising, franchise and distribution law, and business torts, including unfair competition and trade practices, Morrison & Foerster said.
