Real Estate Co. Denies Owing $77M On BofA Tower Loan

Law360, New York (December 2, 2011, 7:31 PM EST) -- Trusts affiliated with Los Angeles-based real estate firm BentleyForbes told a New York state court Wednesday that they shouldn't be on the hook for a guaranty on a $77 million mezzanine loan tied to Atlanta's 55-story Bank of America Plaza.
