Ex-MF Global Managers Sue Corzine, Directors

Law360, New York (December 5, 2011, 5:53 PM EST) -- Former MF Global Inc. CEO Jon Corzine was hit Monday with a class action by two ex-employees accusing the bankrupt broker-dealer’s directors of misleading them about the firm’s financial health and encouraging them to buy 22 million shares of now-worthless company stock.
