Hilton Can't Shake US Bank's Suit To Keep Hotel Franchise

Law360, New York (December 5, 2011, 6:58 PM EST) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Monday let U.S. Bank NA continue with its suit to keep the Hilton name on a multimillion-dollar hotel it obtained in foreclosure but denied the bank a preliminary injunction to stop Hilton Worldwide Inc. from terminating its franchise agreement.
