Reporters Can Keep Cellini Juror Notes After All: Judge

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 5:48 PM EST) -- In a quick turnaround, an Illinois federal judge ruled Wednesday that reporters from the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times do not need to turn over notes from any interviews conducted with a juror in the trial of real estate investor William Cellini.
