BofA, Countrywide Dodge Nevada Mortgage Loans Suit

Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 3:35 PM EST) -- A Nevada federal judge on Wednesday dismissed Bank of America Corp., Countrywide Financial Corp. and Countrywide Home Loans Inc. from a proposed class action alleging the banks participated in a faulty lending scheme to bring on the mortgage crisis.

U.S. District Judge Gloria M. Navarro dismissed the claims against the banks, but did not provide an explanation for the decision.
