2nd Circ. OKs SWIFT Terrorism Financing Probe Disclosures

Law360, New York (December 19, 2011, 6:23 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Monday upheld the dismissal of a putative class action accusing the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication of illegally disclosing financial information to the federal government through the Terrorist Finance Tracking Program, a CIA-run operation.
