Law360, Chicago (December 20, 2011, 6:10 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge sentenced a former U.S. Army National Guard major to five years in prison Tuesday after he copped to taking part in a government contracts bribery scheme in Afghanistan that has sparked charges against military personnel and private companies alike.
