Manulife Wraps Up $555M Real Estate Spree

Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 2:06 PM EST) -- Life insurance giant Manulife Financial Corp.’s real estate arm announced Tuesday the acquisition of three office properties in Canada and the U.S. for $555 million, including a $285 million high-rise that marks the company’s entry into the greater New York City market.
