Claims Adjusters' Calif. OT Row To Get Another Look

Law360, New York (January 3, 2012, 8:24 PM EST) -- The California Supreme Court on Thursday found a lower court had misapplied state law on overtime exemption when it ruled that a class of claims adjusters for Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and Golden Eagle Insurance Corp. was entitled to overtime compensation.
