US Won't Release Docs On Alleged Mortgage Fraud: Suit

Law360, New York (January 5, 2012, 2:04 PM EST) -- Judicial Watch Inc. slapped the Obama administration with a lawsuit Tuesday to win access to audits that purportedly show that the country's five largest mortgage companies violated the False Claims Act while handling foreclosures on homes bought with government-backed loans.
