Madoff Trustee Tries To Stop Calif. AG Lawsuit

Law360, New York (January 5, 2012, 1:13 PM EST) -- The trustee liquidating Bernard L. Madoff's investment firm sued California Attorney General Kamala Harris in New York bankruptcy court Wednesday to block her lawsuit against a California investment manager's estate, claiming it would disrupt his efforts to recover money for Madoff victims.
