Merrill Lynch Brokers Tell 7th Circ. Dukes Doesn't Apply

Law360, Los Angeles (January 6, 2012, 9:22 PM EST) -- A putative class of African-American brokers claiming Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. used a discriminatory bonus system told the Seventh Circuit on Thursday that the U.S. Supreme Court's tightening of class certification in Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes didn't apply to their case.
