Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 1:08 PM EST) -- Hostess Brand Inc., the maker of Wonder Bread, Twinkies and other snack cakes, on Wednesday filed for Chapter 11 in an effort to cut its staggering pension expenses — less than three years after emerging from a previous bankruptcy.
