Dow Jones Director Faces SEC Charges

Law360, New York (July 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A director on the Dow Jones & Co. board has been put on notice by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for possible civil charges in connection with an SEC insider trading investigation relating to a $5 billion bid for Dow Jones & Co. from Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.
