Dodgers Can’t Shake Beaten Fan’s Distress Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (January 13, 2012, 4:59 PM EST) -- A California state judge on Friday refused to nix emotional distress claims brought against the Los Angeles Dodgers and team owner Frank McCourt by Bryan Stow, the San Francisco Giants fan who suffered severe injuries after being attacked last year following the Dodgers' home opener.
