Madoff Trustee Loses Bid To Appeal In Mets Clawback Case

Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 6:32 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Tuesday refused to allow Irving Picard, the bankruptcy trustee for Bernard L. Madoff's investment company, to appeal a decision that gutted his high-profile clawback lawsuit against the owners of the New York Mets.
