Insurer Wants Off Hook For Pigment Co. Pollution Suit

Law360, Washington (January 19, 2012, 3:15 PM EST) -- Indian Harbor Insurance Co. sued lead pigment maker NL Industries Inc. and others Wednesday in New York state court, seeking to avoid covering the costs of a recently revived suit that aims to force NL to clean up heavy metal contamination in New Jersey's Raritan River.
