Oracle Loses Bid To Speed IP Trial Against Google

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 10:06 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday rejected a bid by Oracle America Inc. to table the patent issues in its ongoing suit against Google Inc. over the Android operating system so it can move to trial sooner on the copyright aspects of the case.
