Prosecutors Defend Rajaratnam Wiretaps In Gupta Case

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 4:18 PM EST) -- Attorneys prosecuting the insider trading case against former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. director Rajat Gupta filed a memorandum Friday opposing his motion to suppress wiretaps of Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam's cellphone, saying Gupta's motion, like Rajaratnam's, should be denied.
