CSI Takes Fight Over $31M Army Contract To Court

Law360, New York (January 26, 2012, 3:30 PM EST) -- Contract Services Inc. on Wednesday launched a suit challenging the U.S. Army's decision to award a $31 million small business set-aside contract to provide logistics support services at Fort Riley in Kansas to FedServices Inc.

CSI filed suit in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims about a week after the U.S. Government Accountability Office refused to reconsider its dismissal of the company's bid protest.
