Judge Stays Discovery In Credit Card Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A court stayed discovery in a putative class action on Monday against six of the largest U.S. credit card issuers that allegedly colluded to fix late fees charged to credit card holders, but a disagreement over possible arbitration in the case continues.
