Wynn, Top Shareholder Spar Over Asian Gaming Expansion

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 4:45 PM EST) -- Las Vegas casino magnate Steve Wynn on Friday said Wynn Resorts Ltd.’s top shareholder has no right to examine its books for details about investments including a $135 million university endowment in Macau connected to the company’s planned expansion of its huge casino development there.
