SEC, Mark Cuban To Submit Logs In Insider Trading Case

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 7:21 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday ordered the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, who is accused by the regulator of insider trading, to produce a log of documents that each side claims are protected from disclosure.
