BAR/BRI Hit With N.Y. Class Action, Alleging Fraud

Law360 (July 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Thomson Corp. and West Publishing Co. have removed to federal district court a putative $48 million class action accusing them of fraud and violating state consumer protection laws through their bar test preparatory company BAR/BRI.
