BofA Mortgage Litigation Pro Decamps For Reed Smith

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 2:34 PM EST) -- Reed Smith LLP has beefed up its San Francisco financial services practice by adding the former manager of Bank of America Corp.'s mortgage litigation group, the firm announced Tuesday.

Marc Lackner joined the firm on Feb. 6. He had previously served as an associate general counsel in BofA’s legal department, where he supported the bank’s consumer real estate and legacy asset servicing units, according to Reed Smith.

Lackner called the move “an opportunity to leverage my experience in a different setting.”
