MF Global Trustee To Share Docs With Feds

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 9:21 PM EST) -- MF Global Holdings Ltd.'s Chapter 11 trustee will provide certain internal documents to federal agencies investigating an estimated $1.6 billion shortfall in the customer accounts of the company's failed broker-dealer wing, he said Tuesday.

Trustee Louis Freeh agreed to waive attorney-client privilege for certain documents relating to the business operations of the company's failed broker-dealer wing MF Global Inc. and certain of MFGI's segregated funds.
