BofA Refinancing Notices Lack Credit Score Info: Suit

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 4:55 PM EST) -- Bank of America NA regularly fails to provide copies of credit scores to consumers who apply to refinance their home mortgages, according to a putative class action filed Tuesday in Virginia federal court.
