Feds Arrest Vocal Critic In Insider Trading Probe

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 1:13 PM EST) -- An Oregon investment analyst who publicly criticized the government's crackdown on insider trading was arrested in his home Thursday on charges that he bought private information from employees of various tech companies and sold it to his hedge fund clients.
