IBM Skimped On Overtime Pay: Suit

Law360, New York (July 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three sales representatives for International Business Machines Corp. have filed a suit alleging the computer giant failed to pay them the overtime they deserve.

The suit, which was filed July 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, is seeking class action status for sales employees who worked for the company during the three years before the suit was filed.
