Judge Rebuffs Move To Reconsider JPMorgan Ruling

Law360 (August 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has declined to reconsider his ruling that certified but significantly diminished a class of JPMorgan Chase & Co. employees in a suit that alleges the bank's cash-balance pension system is age discriminatory.

In an opinion and order issued Tuesday, Judge Harold Baer of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York said the plaintiffs have failed to make any new arguments.
