Airline Manager Off Hook In Freight Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 6:21 PM EST) -- An Air New Zealand manager will be let off the hook in exchange for his cooperation in establishing whether ANZ and other airlines fixed freight shipping prices, in a multidistrict litigation that has already yielded $500 million in settlements, plaintiffs' attorneys said Wednesday.
