Late NFL Player's Family Sues League Over His Suicide

Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 7:18 PM EST) -- The family of former Chicago Bears safety Dave Duerson on Thursday filed a wrongful death suit in a Chicago court against the National Football League and helmet maker Riddell Inc., claiming the league didn't warn Duerson about the long-term risks of multiple concussions.
