Class Action Targets Unwanted Pizza Hut Text Messages

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 3:31 PM EST) -- A proposed class action filed in Florida on Saturday alleges Pizza Hut of America Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending unsolicited text messages to people as part of an advertising campaign.
