Pilgrim's Pride Denies Overtime Violations

Law360, New York (August 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Chicken preparation company Pilgrim's Pride Corp. has denied allegations that it failed to pay its workers for all performed duties and for overtime in a multidistrict putative class action.

Pilgrim's Pride rebuffed the wage-and-hour accusations of the consolidated complaint in a Friday filing with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.
