Oprah Ditches 'Own Your Power' Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 8:10 PM EST) -- Oprah Winfrey and others won the dismissal of a suit Tuesday brought by marketing company Own Your Power Inc. alleging infringement of a trademark for the phrase "Own Your Power."
