Canadian Developer Planning $100M LA High-Rise

Law360, New York (March 9, 2012, 7:20 PM EST) -- Canadian property developer Onni Group of Cos. is finalizing plans for a $100 million mixed-use high-rise in downtown Los Angeles, Onni Vice President Chris Evans said Friday.

The proposed 32-story, 283-unit residential tower is expected to break ground this summer and will be the first high-rise built in downtown L.A. since 2007. Located at 888 S. Olive St., the building will also include 11,000 square feet of retail at the ground floor.
