Comcast Wrongly Billed Disconnected Customers, Suit Says

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Comcast Corp., the nation’s largest provider of cable television services, billed customers for undelivered services when their accounts were disconnected, according to a proposed class action removed Friday to federal court.

California resident Craig Ritchie filed a complaint in January seeking to cover customers who were charged for unprovided services at any point in the prior three years.
