Union’s Revenue-Sharing Row With Landlord Lives On

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 8:01 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge refused Thursday to put the kibosh on a dispute between a union and several pension funds and their landlord over a revenue-sharing agreement on the union's former headquarters in a 23-story office tower in lower Manhattan.

The property service workers union leased the entire building from the landlord — a partnership of Andalex Group and Edward J. Minskoff Equities Inc. — and had a revenue-sharing agreement for any refinancing of the 23-story building at 101 Ave. of the Americas at Watts...
