Oracle's Damages Expert Rebuffed In Android Patent Row

Law360, New York (March 13, 2012, 7:39 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday again disagreed with the damages assessment proffered by Oracle America Inc.'s damages expert in its case accusing Google Inc. of infringing Java patents and copyrights for its Android operating system, striking much of the expert's latest report.
